Aideux 

Aideux / i-do / is a creative bridal studio based in Portland, Oregon.  We focus on designing custom wedding dresses, veils, and capes for the modern, romantic bride. We also offer our own collection of gowns that can be customized and made-to-measure at a sensible price.

Our Designer

Hello, my name is Lucy. I am the owner and head designer of Aideux. I started Aideux because of my love for designing and creating romantic dresses. What Aideux really means to me is, we are here to help brides find their dream wedding dress by devoting our time and attention to our brides so that she feel connected to the pieces throughout the whole process.

I graduated from Rhode Island school of design with a BFA in Apparel Design and gained valuable experience working in New York City with some of the leading fashion designers, including Sari Gueron, Jen Kao, and Ralph Lauren.

 

Our Story

Founded in Brooklyn, New York, Lucy and Aileen challenged traditional notions of bridalwear by focusing on the reason behind style: poise, comfort, and a timeless story.  We believe every woman's narrative is multi-faceted; her ambitions, desires, and relationships all uniquely shape her path, so we set out to create dresses for the contemporary bride to wear in truth and beauty. For brides who are fearless, who dare, and dream big, but haven’t found that dress, Aideux's one-of-a-kind custom dress program offers an alternative to rack designs.
